Telangana HC issues notices over illegal detention allegations

The Telangana High Court issued notices to Enforcement Directorate officials following a writ petition by 26-year-old businessman Mangalampalli Naga Sai Manikanta. He alleged illegal detention and torture by ED at Shakar Bhavan on October 26 and claimed he was forced to sign a document under civilian instigation. The case was adjourned to November 27 by Justice E.V. Venugopal. Police officials were also made respondents.
