Telangana Discom Staff Restore Power in Cyclone-Hit Andhra Pradesh

A total of 2,527 staff from Telangana's two power distribution companies, TGSPDCL and TGNPDCL, have been working round-the-clock for two days to restore power supply in Andhra Pradesh's areas affected by Cyclone Arnab. Southern Discom deployed 1,400 staff with emergency vehicles and tools, while Northern Discom sent 1,127 personnel in 114 teams to repair poles, conductors, and transformers. More personnel may be sent if needed.
