Technopark to Build Prefabricated IT Office in Phase III

Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram will construct a prefabricated IT office building with about two lakh sq. ft. of space at its Phase III campus. E-tenders have been invited for design and construction on a design-and-build basis. The foundation stone will be laid by Industries and IT Minister P.K. Kunhalikutty. The project spans 1.5 acres with a 15-month contract period, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 23.
