Tech Mahindra Q2 Profit Rises 8.3%, Declares 1:1 Bonus and Rs 15 Dividend

Tech Mahindra reported an 8.3% increase in net profit to Rs 1,586 crore in Q2 fiscal 2026, up from Rs 1,465 crore the previous quarter. Revenue rose 3% to Rs 16,180 crore. EBIT increased 5.4% to Rs 2,386 crore with a margin of 14.7%. The board recommended a 1:1 bonus share issue and an interim dividend of Rs 15 per share, payable to shareholders on record as of October 23, 2026.
