Tata Motors Acquires Iveco Group; Chandrasekaran Named Chairperson

Tata Motors has completed the acquisition of Iveco Group by acquiring approximately 89.42% of its common shares, valued at around $4.32 billion (₹42,561 crore). Chandrasekaran has been appointed Chairperson of the combined entity.

ISRO Plans Five Major Missions Including Gaganyaan Unmanned Flight

ISRO strengthened India's NavIC system by successfully launching the NVS-03 navigation satellite, bringing the total to four satellites in orbit. Two more satellites are being prepared, and one is awaiting approval to reach the required seven for better navigation services. ISRO flew NVS-03 satellite with pyro valves open to ensure mission success
