BusinessTanvi Exports Files DRHP for IPO to Raise Funds
Tanvi Exports India Limited, a Rajkot-based gold jewellery maker accounting for 8% of Gujarat's gold jewellery exports, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for an IPO. The company plans to raise funds through a fresh issue and Offer for Sale of up to 3.58 million equity shares each, with a face value of ₹10 per share. It manufactures various gold and gemstone jewellery at its integrated Rajkot facility with a 5,500 kg annual capacity.
