Tamil Nadu CM Vijay Announces 5-Year Age Relaxation for Govt Jobs

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay has ordered a five-year age relaxation for government job aspirants, effective for five years. The relaxation applies over existing norms. For Group I services, the age limit for general candidates rises from 32 to 37, and for reserved categories from 37 to 42. Differently abled candidates' limits also increase by five years. Group II and IIA age limits remain unchanged for reserved candidates.
