Tahsildar and Surveyor Caught Taking ₹20 Lakh Bribe in Rangareddy

In Rangareddy district's Abdullapurmet mandal, Tahsildar B. Sudershan Reddy and Mandal Surveyor Batuka Srinivasulu were caught by the Anti-Corruption Bureau accepting a ₹20 lakh bribe. The bribe was demanded for conducting a land survey and issuing a joint inspection report under HMDA guidelines. Initially, ₹30 lakh was demanded but negotiated down to ₹20 lakh, which was recovered during a trap operation.
