Tadaryl Shipp's Status After Christa Pike's Failed Execution
Tadaryl Shipp, boyfriend and accomplice of Christa Pike in the 1995 murder of Colleen Slemmer, is serving a life sentence at Northwest Correctional Complex in Tennessee. Convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy, Shipp was denied parole in October 2025 due to the crime's severity. His case will be reviewed again in October 2031. Pike remains on ventilator after a failed execution attempt.
