Supreme Court stays Bhopal trial in Twisha Sharma death case

The Supreme Court has stayed the trial in the unnatural death case of former model and actor Twisha Sharma in Bhopal. Notices were issued to the CBI, her husband Samarth Singh, and mother-in-law Giribala Singh on a plea seeking transfer of the case to Delhi. Twisha's father, Navnidhi Sharma, fears an unfair trial in Madhya Pradesh due to his mother-in-law's influence. The case is currently before a Bhopal sessions judge.
