Supreme Court Receives Plea Against Delhi Train and Metro Cancellations
A plea has been filed in the Supreme Court challenging the cancellation of trains and Delhi Metro services ahead of the October 10 protest at Jantar Mantar. The court noted that protests without permission are not lawful. Ahead of the protest, 57 Delhi Metro stations were shut. The Supreme Court also refused to review its order quashing FIRs against NEET-UG protestors.
