Supreme Court May Hear Azam Khan's Money Laundering Case This Week

The Supreme Court indicated on Monday that it may hear the petition of Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan this week. Khan challenges his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a new money laundering case. A special court in Ghaziabad sent Khan to 14 days judicial custody recently. The court refused immediate listing but suggested a hearing soon. Khan was arrested on October 31 while out on bail in another case.
