Aleksandar Vucic conceded defeat in Serbia's parliamentary election as the student-led Student List won a majority, securing 135-140 seats out of 250. This student movement emerged from two years of anti-corruption protests and posed the biggest challenge to Vucic's Serbian Progressive Party, which won around 105 seats. Vucic acknowledged the loss at his Belgrade headquarters, marking a major political setback after his party's 12-year rule. Voter turnout was exceptionally high at 67.6%.
