Smartworks Raises FY27 Revenue Growth Forecast to 33-35%

Gurugram-based Smartworks Coworking Ltd has increased its full-year revenue growth guidance for FY27 to 33-35% from 28-30%, driven by strong enterprise demand and a growing pipeline of large deals. The company expects ₹90-100 crore in incremental revenue. It secured over ₹540 crore in new multi-year rental contracts recently, with total contracted rental revenue reaching nearly ₹5,800 crore. Revenue grew 39% YoY to ₹591 crore, and net profit rose to ₹25.6 crore from a loss of ₹3.1 crore in Q2FY26.
