SK Hynix's New York Chip Plant Faces US Export License Delay
SK Hynix is seeking US export licenses to upgrade its Dalian plant, aiming to fund its planned $45 billion investment in two NAND chip plants in Marcy, New York. The US Commerce Department has not yet approved these licenses. The investment could eventually reach $100 billion.
