Six Arrested in Assam Mule Account Fraud with Suspected Pakistan Links

Six individuals were arrested by Assam Police STF for involvement in a financial fraud network using mule bank accounts to route money from suspected fraudulent transactions. The investigation, triggered by Sonitpur Police and intelligence from central agencies, revealed suspicious transactions in an SBI account in Guwahati. The STF is probing possible links to Pakistan Intelligence Operatives. Arrests occurred between October 28-29 in Guwahati and Bamunimaidan.
