Silver Futures Drop 4% on MCX Ahead of US CPI Data
Silver futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) fell 3.68% to Rs 2,11,143 per kg on October 14, pressured by rising crude oil prices and cautious sentiment ahead of the US Consumer Price Index (CPI) report. The contract breached key support levels, with analysts noting a bearish outlook due to a stronger dollar and silver's weakness relative to gold. International spot silver also declined 4.16% to $56.97 per ounce.
