Shriram Finance Q2 Profit Rises 59% to Rs 3,677 Crore, Dividend Declared

Shriram Finance reported a 59.4% rise in net profit to Rs 3,677 crore for Q2 fiscal 2027, up from Rs 2,307 crore last year. Net Interest Income reached Rs 8,661 crore, surpassing estimates. Gross NPA was 4.65%, net NPA 2.31%. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 6.5 per share, with October 29 as the record date. The board also approved issuing debentures via private placement.
