Patients reported dehydration, dizziness, headaches, muscle cramps, and fatigue. Doctors noted a rise in heat exhaustion and heatstroke cases due to prolonged heat and humidity. Reduced rainfall also contributed to viral infections and longer recovery times, affecting respiratory virus spread.
