Senatobia Officer Hunter Foster Resigns After Fatal Shooting of 1-Year-Old

Hunter Foster, a former Senatobia police officer, resigned after body camera footage was released showing the fatal shooting of 1-year-old Kohen Wiley during a Walmart parking lot confrontation in Mississippi. Foster fired three shots at a vehicle fleeing suspected shoplifters, wounding the driver and fatally shooting Wiley, who was in his mother's arms. The family was chased over alleged diaper theft, which the mother denies.

Haryana CM Says Power Employees End Strike, No Privatisation Planned

IndusInd Bank Reports ₹1,242 Crore Q2 Profit on Lower Provisions

IndusInd Bank, India's fifth-largest private lender, posted a net profit of ₹1,242 crore in Q2FY27, reversing a ₹437 crore loss in Q2FY26. The profit rose 20% sequentially, driven by a 54% year-on-year drop in provisions and a 36% increase in other income to ₹2,248 crore. Net interest income was ₹4,569 crore, up 4% year-on-year. Gross NPA ratio improved to 2.73%, with net NPA at 0.83%.
