Sebi to Form Working Group to Review IPO and Public Offer Norms

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) plans to form a sub-group under its Primary Markets Advisory Committee (PMAC) to review and revamp the Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements (ICDR) regulations. The sub-group will examine chapters II, IIA, and IV of the Sebi ICDR Regulations, 2018, focusing on rules for raising capital through IPOs and further public offers. Sebi invited PMAC members to nominate themselves by October 13.
