BusinessSebi Puts Inox Clean Energy's ₹10,000 Crore IPO on Hold
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has kept Inox Clean Energy Ltd's draft offer documents for its ₹10,000 crore initial public offering (IPO) in abeyance. The IPO includes a fresh equity issue worth ₹8,000 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹2,000 crore by promoter Devansh Jain. Sebi has not specified reasons for the delay. The funds will be used to repay borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
