SEBI Extends Fresh Issue Size Revision Relaxation Till March 2027
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended its relaxation allowing companies to revise the size of fresh issues until March 31, 2027. IPO-bound companies can increase or decrease their issue size by up to 50% without filing fresh draft offer documents, provided the main objective remains unchanged. Lead managers must file updated offer documents and justify revisions. This extension follows the earlier relaxation due to the West Asia war, which ended on September 30.
