Yes Bank reported a 65% year-on-year net profit increase to Rs 1,080 crore for Q2 ending September 2026. However, the Supreme Court upheld a judgment on AT-1 bonds worth Rs 8,415 crore, which, if accounted for, would have resulted in a Rs 5,217 crore loss for the quarter and Rs 4,416 crore loss for the half-year. The bank's return on assets would have turned negative at -4.3% for Q2 and -1.7% for H1 FY27.
