SC on CJP's Oct 10 Protest: Unauthorized Protest Violates Law
The Supreme Court heard a petition led by senior advocate Kapil Sibal challenging the cancellation of trains and proposed Metro station closures in Delhi ahead of the Cockroach Janta Party's October 10 protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The court stated that protests without permission are not in accordance with the law.
