PoliticsSC Judge Ujjal Bhuyan Condemns Mass Voter Deletion as Unconstitutional
Supreme Court judge Justice Ujjal Bhuyan stated that any process disenfranchising millions of Indian citizens is arbitrary and violates the Constitution. Speaking at NALSAR University, he emphasized that the Constitution does not allow two classes of citizens—those with and without voting rights. Such disenfranchisement breaches Articles 326 and 14 and undermines the constitutional order.
