Saudi Arabia has extended the $3 billion financing facility for Pakistan, initially provided in April for three months, for a reasonable period, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb said. The extension follows Pakistan's repayment of $3.5 billion to the UAE. Saudi Arabia also provided a separate $5 billion facility extended until 2028. Pakistan's foreign reserves cover over three months of imports, expected to reach four months by year-end.
