Russia Imports Record 172,000 Tonnes of Fuel from India in August
In August, Russia imported a record 172,000 tonnes of oil products from India, including gasoline refined from Russian crude at a refinery partly owned by Russia's Rosneft. This surge in imports followed disruptions to Moscow's domestic refining capacity caused by Ukrainian drone strikes, according to the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA).
