Rupee Weakens for Third Session Amid Importer Dollar Demand
The Indian rupee weakened for the third consecutive session due to increased dollar demand from importers and foreign capital outflows. It closed marginally up by three paise at 95.12 against the US dollar, influenced by elevated crude oil prices. Despite RBI efforts to support the currency, the rupee faced pressure, closing at 95.15 in another session.
