India's retail real estate leasing reached 2.22 million square feet in Q3 2026, down 7.3% from the previous quarter but stable year-to-date at 6.57 MSF, a 0.4% increase year-on-year. Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad led demand as mall vacancy fell below 5%. High streets dominated leasing with 67.9% share, rising 29.3% quarter-on-quarter, while mall leasing declined 42.1%. No new Grade A mall supply was added for three quarters.
