Renault Group has agreed to sell Alpine Racing SAS's engine facility in Viry-Chatillon, France, to Belgium's Dumarey Group, which specializes in advanced propulsion and clean mobility. The deal, whose financial terms remain undisclosed, will allow Alpine Racing to continue competing in Formula 1 under Dumarey ownership. Importantly, the agreement preserves 150 jobs by transferring staff, expertise, and assets from Renault to Dumarey, following Renault's 2024 announcement to exit F1 engine supply after 2025.
