Reliance Industries Applies for Voluntary Strike-Off of UK Hamleys Subsidiary

Reliance Industries has applied for the voluntary strike-off of its UK step-down subsidiary, Hamleys (Franchising) Limited (HFL). A notice was published in the UK Gazette stating HFL will be struck off and dissolved at least two months from October 27. HFL's turnover for 2025 was Rs. 56.08 crore, contributing 0.0048% to Reliance's consolidated turnover for 2025-26, with nil net worth as of December 31.
