Rajeev Chandrasekhar's Election Challenged Over Rs 91 Crore Undeclared Assets

Former Congress MLA KS Sabarinadhan filed a petition in Kerala High Court challenging BJP leader Rajeev Chandrasekhar's election, alleging suppression of assets worth Rs 91.64 crore in his affidavit. The petition also claims Chandrasekhar understated company holdings and concealed liabilities to IFCI Limited exceeding Rs 200 crore with interest. Chandrasekhar won the Nemom seat in April 2026 Kerala Assembly elections by 4,978 votes.
