Rahul, Priyanka join protest against Sikkim governor appointment

Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra met Ankita Bhandari's parents in New Delhi and joined their sit-in protest near India Gate. They oppose the appointment of former Uttarakhand BJP in-charge Dushyant Kumar Gautam as Sikkim governor. Ankita, a 19-year-old receptionist, was murdered in Uttarakhand in 2022. Her parents demand Gautam's appointment be halted until the CBI completes its probe into the alleged VIP involvement.

UDD Rejects BDA Proposal to Upgrade Deputy Secretary Posts
