Punjab Government Agrees to Compensation and Job for Parvinder Singh Jhota's Family

The Punjab government and the justice committee have reached an agreement regarding the Parvinder Singh Jhota murder case. On November 6, Jhota's postmortem will be conducted, followed by his funeral. His wife will receive a government job based on qualifications and compensation of 2 crore rupees. Cases against Jhota's father and Anti-Drug Task Force members will be dropped. A trauma center will be established in his name in Mansa, where a memorial will also be set up. Additionally, a 20 lakh rupee compensation will be given to the family of a youth who died during protests in Ludhiana.
