Pune Woman Dies by Suicide; Relatives Vandalize Father-in-Law's Banquet Hall

A 33-year-old woman, Payal Akshay Zhambre, died by suicide at her home in Pune's Mukund Nagar. She was married for 6-7 years and had a 4-year-old daughter. After her death, relatives vandalized Zhambre Palace, a wedding venue owned by her father-in-law, alleging constant gold demands from in-laws. Payal's husband and in-laws are currently absconding. Police have secured the area and are maintaining order. The family plans to file a formal complaint, and the body has been sent for post-mortem.
