Prestige Estates Q2 Profit Falls 44% as Revenue Drops 15% to ₹2,060 Cr

Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates Projects reported a 44% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹256 crore in Q2FY27, down from ₹457 crore last year. Revenue fell 15% to ₹2,060 crore, while expenses dropped 12.5% to ₹1,860 crore. Sales bookings rose 20% to ₹7,225 crore. The company plans ₹40,000 crore in residential launches in H2 FY27 and shelved its hospitality IPO.
