Postal Life Insurance Services Suspended in Bengaluru Till October 25

Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) services will be unavailable at 20 post offices under Bengaluru General Post Office (GPO) until October 25 due to a transition to a new Insurance Management Solution (IMS) starting October 22. Services like new policy indexing, premium collection, and loan processing will be paused. Services will resume on October 26 with the new software. Policyholders outside these offices can pay premiums online or at other head post offices.
