He highlighted that Indian refineries are designed for Middle Eastern and Russian crude, India imports significant oil and gas from the US, and seeks diversified suppliers. Goyal noted the EU and US also import Russian energy resources and credited the government for managing fuel supply and fertilizer costs during recent conflicts.
