Pinarayi Vijayan says Kerala HC ordered FIR without hearing him

Former Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan told the Supreme Court that the Kerala High Court ordered the registration of a criminal case against him without hearing him or any material linking him to the Cochin Minerals and Rutile Limited-Exalogic payoff case. His petition will be heard by a vacation bench. The Enforcement Directorate has summoned him on October 23 in connection with the money laundering probe related to the case.
