Pharma Company Gufic Buys ₹236 Crore Duplex in Juhu

Pharmaceutical company Gufic Pvt. Ltd purchased a duplex apartment in the under-construction Lodha Avalon project in Mumbai's Juhu for ₹236.33 crore. The 14th-floor apartment spans 19,694 sq. ft with 10 parking spaces. The deal, registered on 21 October, values the property at about ₹1.2 lakh per sq. ft. Gufic's director Vipula Jayesh Choksi represented the company in the transaction.
