OYO-parent PRISM to halve IPO size to Rs 3,350 crore
PRISM, OYO's parent company, plans to reduce its IPO size from Rs 6,650 crore to Rs 3,350 crore due to strong cash flow and a better balance sheet. Most of the funds raised will be used to repay or prepay debts. Moody's has upgraded PRISM's outlook to positive, expecting EBITDA growth. Founder Ritesh Agarwal and SoftBank hold significant stakes.
