BusinessPhoto: Mint MarketsSilver prices in India have fallen to an 11-month low, slipping below ₹2 lakh per kg to around ₹1,95,000 on the MCX. This drop is due to reduced industrial demand and a higher interest-rate environment limiting investment appeal. The current price is about 53.5% lower than the record high of ₹4,20,048 per kg reached in January 2026. Experts predict a potential 60% crash over the next 1-1.5 years.
