Oregon WWII Hangar Sold for $1, Tillamook Air Museum to Reopen
An 83-year-old World War II blimp hangar in Oregon, home to the Tillamook Air Museum, was sold for $1 after a storm caused a 200-foot roof hole in December 2025. The historic building, purchased by a nonprofit, will reopen on October 29 after nearly 10 months of closure for repairs and restoration.
