One Killed, Over 20 Injured in North Carolina Car Crash Involving Cyclists

A 76-year-old man, Donald Robert Morris-Jones, faces multiple felony charges after his car crossed the center line and struck a group of cyclists on Optimist Farm Road near Raleigh, North Carolina, on November 7. The crash killed 63-year-old cyclist Patrick Allen Turner and injured 22 others. Morris-Jones fled the scene but later ran off the road into a ditch about half a mile away.
