Omani Co-Pilot Allegedly Attacks UAE Pilot on Flydubai Flight to Israel

Israeli media report that on Flydubai flight FZ1073 from Dubai to Israel, the Omani co-pilot allegedly stabbed the Emirati pilot and tried to take control of the aircraft. The flight was diverted and safely landed in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, after emergency signals. Israeli authorities are investigating if the Omani pilot held dual citizenship, which may have allowed boarding the Israel-bound flight. He had worked for Flydubai for less than a year.
