CDSCO: No Separate Export NOC Needed for r-DNA Drugs with Brand Name Changes

The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) clarified that recombinant-DNA (r-DNA) drugs with authorized Indian marketing approval do not require a separate export no-objection certificate (NOC) if exported under different brand names, provided the drug composition remains unchanged.
