Ohio Removes 1940s Dam to Restore Cloverlick Creek
Ohio is removing the 200-foot Cloverlick Dam, built in the 1940s, to restore the natural flow of Cloverlick Creek. The project aims to improve water quality and reconnect aquatic habitats disrupted for decades. It will also enhance safety for recreational activities like fishing and kayaking. Funding comes from the H2Ohio Rivers Program and federal grants.
