Ohio Dad Builds $30,000 Backyard Baseball Field for 5-Year-Old Son
Jason Kidd, an Ohio father, spent nearly two years and about $30,000 creating a professional-grade baseball field in his backyard after his five-year-old son asked for one. The field includes regulation bases, professional clay, and a raised pitcher's mound. Despite neighbor complaints and unfinished features, Kidd said the project was to spend quality time and teach his son baseball.
