Odisha man tries to run over dhaba owner months after fatal crash

In Bhubaneswar, Odisha, 20-year-old law student Soumyaranjan Rath allegedly drove under the influence and ploughed into people at a roadside dhaba. He argued with owner Tapan Das, then tried to run him over by driving on the wrong side. Rath was previously arrested and bailed for killing a person in a Mercedes-Benz crash. Three people on a motorcycle were injured in the incident.

Delhi University Plans Rs 8,000 Crore Hostels for 30,000+ Students

Delhi University is planning an Rs 8,000-crore project to build new hostels and redevelop existing ones to accommodate over 30,000 students.
